IS MY STUFF SAFE?
Each of our units is individually armed. If breached, monitoring service is alerted straight away, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Methods of payment are email transfer, cash, cheque and credit card
CAN I STORE MY VEHICLE IN YOUR FACILITY?
Yes! Depending on the size of course. 12 x 18 is our biggest unit, so it would need to be smaller than this allowing for room to exit the vehicle etc.
ARE MY THINGS INSURED?
Unfortunately, we are not permitted to insure for contents, just the building itself. However, the majority of home insurance policies will cover these items. Please check with your provider to confirm
IS THERE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT?
Not at all. We bill pro-rata so that you are only billed for the days you use. We do like to have 30 days notice before leaving, so that we may prepare to have the space rented upon your departure
